The hike organised by the hotel this week took us to the picturesque Upper Val Passiria. We first took the chair lift up to 2,000 metres above sea level. We walked along the Plan Panoramic Trail, with the Alpi Venoste at three thousand metres always in sight, and then down to the Maso Lazinser Hof where we had lunch. On the way back we walked leisurely along the murmuring Rio di Plan to the village of Plan.
